The Worldwide Cultural Exchange Program (WCEP), headquartered in Toronto, is an organization that manages student exchange programs in collaboration with the Ministries of Education of 16 countries renowned for the excellence of their education systems, with Canada at the forefront. WCEP is dedicated to uniting diverse cultures within a warm and personal family environment, fostering lifelong friendships, while also placing strong emphasis on high academic achievement and the development of social skills.
As the WCEP Turkey Office, the organization operates in full coordination with the Ministry of National Education of the Republic of Türkiye, ensuring complete compliance with national laws and regulations, thereby directly contributing to the international promotion of the country. WCEP’s activities are grounded in the principles of KÜDEP, as defined in Article 28 of the Regulation on Secondary Education Institutions and Article 10 of the Directive on the Implementation of International Diploma and Certificate Programs. It offers high school students rich cultural and academic experiences within this framework.
