Contracts and Policies Cookie Policy
In accordance with Article 13 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (KVKK) and the provisions of the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures for Application to the Data Controller published in the Official Gazette dated 10.03.2018 and numbered 30356, as the data subject (relevant person), you may submit your requests regarding your rights specified under Article 11 of the KVKK—outlined below in nine items—either:

• Or via registered electronic mail (KEP) to: wcep@hs01.kep.tr.
Your application must include the following information (in accordance with Article 5/2 of the Communiqué):
• Your full name and, if submitted in writing, your signature,
• For Turkish citizens: your T.C. identification number; for foreign nationals: your nationality, passport number, or another valid identification number,
• Your residential or workplace address for official notifications,
• If applicable, your email address, telephone number, and fax number for contact purposes,
• A clear statement of your request.
Please note: Applications lacking one or more of the required items above cannot be processed under applicable regulations.
Requests You May Submit Under Article 11 of the KVKK:
1. You may inquire whether your personal data has been processed,
2. If your data has been processed, you may request information regarding such processing,
3. You may learn the purpose of processing and whether your data is being used in line with that purpose,
4. You may learn which third parties, domestic or international, your personal data has been shared with,
5. If your data has been processed incompletely or inaccurately, you may request its correction,
6. You may request the deletion or destruction of your personal data,
7. You may request that any correction, deletion, or destruction of your data be communicated to the third parties to whom it has been disclosed,
8. If a decision has been made against you based solely on automated data processing, you may object to this outcome,
9. If you suffer damages due to the unlawful processing of your personal data, you may request compensation for those damages.
