PDPL POLICY
1. Data Controller
This privacy notice has been prepared by WCEP DEĞİŞİM PROGRAMI ULUSLARARASI EĞİTİM HİZMETLERİ LTD. ŞTİ., acting as the data controller, in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), to provide detailed information regarding the processing of your personal data.

2. Purposes of Personal Data Processing
During the process of subscribing to our e-newsletter or submitting information via our website, your personal data categorized as “identity” and “contact” is processed solely for the purposes outlined below:
• To send commercial electronic messages including notifications, announcements, promotions, marketing materials, event invitations, and special occasion greetings on behalf of our company via the e-newsletter,
• To support brand development strategies and to plan and design effective communication, marketing, and promotional initiatives.
3. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be shared with the following categories of recipients, strictly limited to the reasons requiring such transfer:
• Relevant public institutions and authorities as permitted and required by law, for the fulfillment of our company’s legal obligations,

• The Message Management System (İleti Yönetim Sistemi) platform, created in accordance with the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and relevant regulations, to manage commercial message consents and complaints.
4. Method and Legal Basis of Data Collection
Your personal data is collected electronically through the e-newsletter form on our website and is processed on the legal basis of “explicit consent,” in accordance with Article 5/1 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.
