COOKIE POLICY
As the data subject, in accordance with Article 13 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (KVKK) and the provisions of the "Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures of Application to the Data Controller" dated March 10, 2018, and published in the Official Gazette No. 30356, you may submit your requests concerning your rights stated under Article 11 of the same law (outlined in nine items below) to our company either:

• Or via our registered electronic mail (KEP) address: wcep@hs01.kep.tr
Your application must include the following information:
(As required under Article 5/2 of the Communiqué)
• Full name and, if the application is in writing, a signature,
• For Turkish citizens: T.C. identification number; for foreign nationals: nationality, passport number, or if applicable, another identification number,
• Residential or business address for official correspondence,
• If available, an email address, telephone number, and fax number,
• The subject of the request.
Please note: Applications lacking any of the above-required details unfortunately cannot be processed under applicable legislation.
Requests You May Submit Under Article 11 of the KVKK:
1. To learn whether your personal data has been processed,
2. To request information if your personal data has been processed,
3. To learn the purpose of processing and whether your data has been used in line with its intended purpose,
4. To learn about the third parties, either domestic or international, to whom your personal data has been transferred,
5. To request the correction of your personal data if it has been incompletely or inaccurately processed,
6. To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data,
7. To request that the correction, deletion, or destruction of your personal data be notified to third parties to whom it has been transferred,
8. To object to any outcome against you arising from the exclusive analysis of your personal data through automated systems,
9. To request compensation for damages you may have suffered as a result of unlawful processing of your personal data.
