GUIDANCE UNIT
PROCESS MANAGEMENT
The student journey begins as our students come together with the Guidance and Counselling Unit during orientation training sessions.
The process monitoring conducted by our Guidance and Counselling Team officially commences at the moment of the student’s international departure and check-in at the airport. From this point onward, the team maintains regular, structured follow-ups throughout the 10-month exchange period.
Each of our students is contacted regularly by the Guidance and Counselling Unit to ensure their well-being.
Throughout this 10-month period, the Guidance and Counselling Team serves as the primary point of support for all matters concerning health, psychological well-being, and academic challenges that students may encounter during their stay abroad.
In the event of any difficulties, the student is closely monitored by the Guidance and Counselling Team until the matter is fully resolved. Moreover, students may contact a Guidance and Counselling representative at any time, 24/7, should they require immediate assistance.
GRADUATION PROGRAM
High School Ambassadors Program + Continuation Year(s)
If the student demonstrates academic and social success during the first year of the High School Ambassadors Program and wishes to do so, they may complete the remainder of their high school education in the respective country.
In this case, the student will graduate with a high school diploma issued by the U.S. Department of State or the Canadian Ministry of Education.
Exchange + International Diploma
Credit Completion
Students who earn credits from Canadian or American high schools may complete any missing credits through the High School Ambassadors Alumni Association while continuing their education at their schools in Turkey upon return.
By doing so, they become eligible to receive a high school diploma from the country they studied in, gaining a significant advantage in university admissions and scholarship applications.
University Admission Consulting
Students are informed about potential future professions and career fields with strong prospects.
An analysis is conducted to assess the compatibility between the student and their selected academic field. The results of this analysis are then shared to determine whether the chosen program is a suitable fit for the student.
Research is carried out regarding the student’s desired country, city, university/college, and academic program. This research also includes detailed annual cost information for both tuition and accommodation (school and residence).
Students are guided through the preparation of their application portfolios and are informed of all requirements and details necessary for the application process.
Once acceptance is secured, students receive comprehensive guidance on official procedures in the destination country, including consulate matters, banking, mobile phone registration, and other administrative tasks.
Up-to-date information regarding the rights and opportunities available after graduation is also shared with students.
