1. Data Controller
This privacy notice has been prepared by WCEP DEĞİŞİM PROGRAMI ULUSLARARASI EĞİTİM HİZMETLERİ LTD. ŞTİ., acting in the capacity of Data Controller, in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (KVKK), to provide a detailed explanation and information regarding the processing of your personal data. 2. Personal Data Processing Purposes
During the process of subscribing to our e-newsletter or submitting information via our company website, your personal data falling under the categories of “identity and contact information” are processed solely for the following purposes:
• To enable the delivery of commercial electronic communications such as informational updates, announcements, promotions, marketing messages, event invitations, and special occasion greetings via e-newsletter.
• To plan actions aimed at enhancing our company's brand value and to design communication, promotion, and marketing strategies.
3. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data is collected electronically through the information you submit via the e-newsletter form available on our website and is processed based on the legal ground of “explicit consent” as stipulated under Article 5/1 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698.
