WCEP’26 Orientation Camp Successfully Completed
Our High School Ambassadors, who will participate in the international student exchange program during the 2026–2027 academic year, have begun their exchange year journey following a comprehensive preparation process.
The High School Ambassadors Orientation Camp, organized by WCEP at the Büyük Abant Hotel from July 31 to August 2, 2026, was successfully completed after three days of training, sharing, and preparation.
Our students, who will continue their education in different parts of the world during the 2026–2027 academic year, had the opportunity throughout the camp to gain comprehensive information about the academic, cultural, and social experiences awaiting them and to meet alumni who shared their own exchange experiences.
Comprehensive Preparation for the Exchange Year
The camp program covered key topics related to the exchange year, including intercultural learning, conflict management and crisis resolution, school life, course selection, university education, departure and equivalency procedures, rights and responsibilities, banking and financial responsibilities, as well as flight and travel procedures.
During sessions led by expert trainers and experienced speakers, our students explored the various situations and processes they may encounter while preparing for an educational and cultural experience in another country.
Alumni Experiences and a Strong Sense of Belonging
The participation of our High School Ambassadors Alumni Association and returnees who have completed their exchange year was one of the highlights of the camp. Our students had the opportunity to hear directly about the experiences of our alumni, find answers to their questions, build new friendships, and strengthen their connection with the WCEP community.
Group activities, communication sessions, and social interactions throughout the camp helped our students get to know one another and build a strong sense of solidarity before beginning their exchange year.
Our High School Ambassadors Have Begun Their Exchange Year Journey
Following the completion of the orientation process, our High School Ambassadors have begun their exchange journeys for the 2026–2027 academic year. We wish our students a year filled with success, discovery, and unforgettable experiences as they experience different education systems, develop their intercultural skills, and gain a global perspective in their new countries.
At WCEP, we will continue to stand by our High School Ambassadors throughout this important journey and support their international education experiences.
